How does it work?

Shortly after your booking is complete your e-ticket will be sent directly to your email, just print it out and bring it with you to Madame Tussauds - or show the ticket on your phone. 

What do I do when I get there?
You arrive at Madame Tussauds 15 minutes before your booked timeslot. Upon arrival go to the white security building located next to the gift shop. You will be greeted by a member of the VIP team, and taken into Madame Tussauds for your exclusive early entry.
